OUR STORY

For nearly a decade, our team at Pangea Kitchen and 2nd Language have been working to bring southern Indiana delicious, new food options always with the same premise — no shortcuts. At Sazón y Fuego, our first Latin American restaurant, you can expect the same standard of quality in every dish created with authentic ingredients that are thoughtfully sourced.

At Sazon y Fuego, you’ll find a variety of Latin dishes curated from all over Central and South America. Think Picanha steaks of Brazil to rich, housemade moles from Mexico. Whether they’re made traditionally or with a twist, each dish will be bursting with sabor, or flavor, that only a charcoal fire grill can bring.

Our new, upscale space brings clean lines and a mid-century and modern Latino feel – designed to transport you and your tastebuds to the country your dish is inspired by. There will be a variety of menu items both large and small for you to share with family and friends in our space.
